How it works?
FlyClear™ Rapid Antigen Screening Process
Create and verify your account, complete registration and book your appointment
a. Create your account
- Visit https://my.thrive.health
- Click on “Sign up” to create an account
- Enter your e-mail address. Create and confirm password, and click “Create Account”
- Select your language of preference
b. Verify your account
- Go to your e-mail account.
- You should see the email from Thrive Health. Click on it to open the email message.
- Click on “Verify Email Address”
- You will see a green checkmark indicating your account is verified and you can now continue registering.
c. Registration
- Visit https://my.thrive.health. Enter your email and password.
- Click “Get started on Thrive Health with a registration code”.
- Enter the registration code as per your test location.
- ON (30 Intl): FlyClear-antigen
- BC (Russ Baker Way): FlyClear1-AntigenBC
- Set up your profile by clicking “Myself”
- Confirm you want to be a part of the org by clicking “Confirm”
- Enter in the following required fields: Given Name, Last Name, DOB, and Sex indicated on travel documents.
- Click “Finish Registration”

d. Book your appointment
- Click on “Book your Appointment” and book your sample collection appointment within the appropriate testing time period according to your destination country’s requirements.
Arrive at the test location at scheduled appointment time and pay for your test
Arrive 20 minutes before your appointment and proceed to the registration kiosk to pay for the test.
Rapid Antigen Screening test through FlyClear costs $60 + applicable tax per test. This includes the appointment for sample collection and your test results.

FAQs
An antigen is a molecule that is present on the surface of the virus and Rapid Antigen Screening detects the presence of these antigens present on the surface for the virus. A Rapid Antigen Screening can help identify an active COVID-19 infection and may limit the risk of spreading infection.
Rapid Antigen Screening has a faster turnaround time of 30 minutes (2 hours at most) compared to lab based PCR. However, it is less sensitive compared to the lab based PCR. If an individual receives positive results from Rapid Antigen Screening, this must be confirmed with laboratory-based PCR testing to confirm the positive.
Screening is available for asymptomatic individuals travelling to destinations that accept the Rapid Antigen and meet the following criteria:
- Not experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days.
- Not been in close contact with someone with an active COVID-19 infection within the last 14 days.
- Not travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days
You will need to complete the screening, ordering and purchasing process individually for each traveler who requires testing.
Please note: You must input information EXACTLY as it is laid out on your passport. If the information is not entered correctly, the traveler accepts the risk of the destination travel authorities rejecting their documentation.
- Visit https://my.thrive.health and sign in to the Thrive Portal with the username and password created at the time of registration.
- Click on the profile icon and select manage profiles.
- Select the profile. Click on view and edit profile.
- Scroll below and click on edit profile. Edit information and click save.
- You will see a green check mark indicating the profile has been updated.

- Visit https://my.thrive.health and sign in to the Thrive Portal with the username and password created at the time of registration.
- Click on Book your Rapid Antigen Test.
- Select Click here to book a test.

Select test date and time in the Microsoft (MS) booking calendar and click on Book.
You will receive an appointment confirmation email.
Please bring your passport to your FlyClearTM appointment. LifeLabs staff will use this to confirm your identity and to check that your registration information matches your passport.
Note: If you do not bring in your passport, LifeLabs staff will require an alternate photo ID (with date of birth) to confirm your identity.
FlyClear™ aims to deliver your COVID-19 test results within 2 hours of your collection appointment. You will receive an email with a link to access your test results. Please ensure to read all your documentation CAREFULLY. The traveler is responsible for understanding their results and the implications for travel.
Link to results will only be shared through the email access provided at the time of order creation. If your email address is being used to receive results of your relative, then you are deemed to have been obtained consent from the traveler to receive result link in your email.
